The MBS Giant & Mega Builder allows you to upload a list of MBS pools and create
an aggregation report summarizing the new security.
Pool information is automatically retrieved from NIS's complete database of the all MBS (GNMA, GNMA II, FNMA, and FHLMC) and SBA securities. In addition to the standard information of pool number, cusip number, coupon, and maturity the aggregation report includes wac, wam, warm, wala, monthly paydown factors, CPR and PSA prepayment speeds, loan level geographic, credit score, loan-to-value, and deliquency information.
