Web Services - CPR Time Series Prepayment Speeds
Web Services is the easiest way to incorporate NIS's proprietary MBS and SBA CPR prepayment
speed times series analysis into your web site or in-house system. Simply pass the search
criteria (sector, coupon, maturity, etc.) to the Web Service engine and a data stream is
immediately returned to your web site. Historical CPR prepayment speeds can easily be displayed
in a table or a chart.
IMPORTANT : A disclaimer must be included on your web site that nisanalytics.com
has been used as a data source or to perform the calculations (ex. Powered by nisanalytics.com).

Data and calculations can easily be returned into a spreadsheet, comma-delimited format,
html format, or xml format. The following code shows two methods that can be used to
pass a bond to the Web Service engine and how to parse the xml format that is returned.
Viewing the NIS data and calculations can done in a spreadsheet, comma-delimited format,
html format, or xml format. The xml format is provided for users who want to integrate the
NIS data and calculations into their own web site or another application. Users who are unfamiliar
with reading XML data structures should read the XML instructions.
